Born in Sweden and half American, Danielle Churchman went to study Fashion Design at Accademia Italiana in Italy after finishing the Art and Sculpture program in high school.
After spending one year in the beautiful city of art and history Florence, she decided to move to Milan to continue her studies at IED (Istituto Europeo di Design) and to be a part of a much bigger fashion scene. There she ended up living for over eight years.
Danielle graduated in 2007 and immediately opened her own brand giadadanielle together with her friend and classmate Giada Furgeri. Together they designed High end Beachwear and a Bag collection in recyclable material, all made in Italy.
Danielle has also worked as a free lace designer for different companies designing both
shoe wear and Women’s wear, She has worked for the Swedish brand Monki for over 5 years, a young high-street fashion brand within the H&M group.
Today Danielle lives in Barcelona where she works freelance for the Danish brand Only within the Bestseller group, where she is the Concept and Product designer for the internal collection Only Unique, an upgraded collection for the more fashion forward costumer with focus on higher qlty for Only´s southers markets, having Italy as it´s main costumer..
Danielle Churchman is a person who lives with art and design every day, whether it is sketching, designing or painting using different techniques. In her strive to learn more and experience the world, Danielle loves to travel and live in different places.
